Job Description
As a Programme Coordinator Intern, you will support the execution of UOB FinLab’s innovation and capability-building programmes across ASEAN. This role offers hands-on experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and exposure to digitalisation and sustainability initiatives for SMEs.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of UOB FinLab programmes and events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on digitalisation and sustainability initiatives
- Assist in strategy and tactical planning to drive engagement across platforms
- Support programme launches, workshops, and networking sessions
- Conduct market research and prepare data analysis reports
- Manage creatives and content for marketing and communications
- Assist in digital marketing, campaign coordination, website updates, and community platform engagement
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing a polytechnic/degree in business, banking & finance, marketing, or a related discipline
- Responsible and able to execute plans with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and their impact on businesses
- Excellent organisational skills and analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
