Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and execute the overall project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project success.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with functional leads to manage the risks.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget with the functional leads, ensuring all costs stay within budget
- Track procurement processes and ensure all equipment, machinery and services are acquired on schedule.

- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure all local and company regulations are met.
- Address and resolve any challenges related to global trade compliance, ethics and safety standards.
- Communication & Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project financial documents and management
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and operations, plant layout optimization, and industrial processes.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driven and independent learner
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
