Job Summary For Sr. .NET Architect ( Atlanta, GA)

- Lead the design and development of .NET-based architectures to meet evolving business and technical requirements, with a strong emphasis on hands-on engineering and architectural expertise.
- Build and integrate robust, scalable APIs and ensure seamless system integrations, leveraging the latest .NET versions (especially v8 and familiarity with 9/10).
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality by providing detailed feedback and hands-on technical guidance to an offshore development team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., product owners, UX leads) and front-end developers (ReactJS) to ensure end-to-end solution integration and alignment.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and specifications, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and coordinate offshore (India-based) teams, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices across time zones.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by staying current with .NET advancements, industry trends, and agile methodologies.
- Ensure solution scalability, reliability, and performance to support large user bases and mission-critical applications.
- Communicate effectively with client leadership and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights and solutions.
- Willingness to work onsite in Atlanta, GA three days every other week, and operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated real-world .NET architecture experience on recent large-scale projects, with hands-on coding and architectural leadership.
- Expert in latest .NET versions (including v8+), API development, system integration, and microservices architectures.
- Strong communication skills, proven experience managing onshore and offshore teams, and effective client-facing abilities.
- Extensive experience with Entity Framework, code-to-database management, and resolving performance anti-patterns (e.g., N+1).
- Track record of delivering robust, scalable digital solutions while maintaining high code quality and technical documentation.
