We are looking for a technical expert who can partner directly with one of the largest service providers in the United States. This is not a support role. You will operate as their embedded engineering partner, helping them solve complex challenges and get maximum value from our platform. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering teams in Israel during quarterly on-site sessions that shape the future of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical partner for a major U.S. service provider
- Troubleshoot routing, security and performance issues with clarity and precision
- Work with Engineering, R&D and Product teams on escalations and long-term solutions
- Monitor system health and prevent issues before they affect service
- Share customer feedback to help guide product improvements
- Document technical findings and best practices for wider team use
- Build strong, inclusive relationships with customer and internal teams
- 8. Travel to Israel once per quarter for on-site collaboration
Qualifications
- Three or more years in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, switching, firewalls and VPNs
- Hands-on experience with tools like Wireshark, Grafana or Zabbix
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and support a wide range of users
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native or distributed networking
- Knowledge of network automation or scripting
- Certifications such as CCNP or JNCIA
