📌 Job Description

Our client is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to support analytics, reporting, and data quality initiatives within their Pharmacy Benefits & Healthcare Analytics team.

🔹 Responsibilities (Skills Integrated)

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Perform trend analysis, descriptive statistics, and data validation on pharmacy & claims data.
• Assist in building automated data workflows using SQL queries and basic Python scripts.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc data reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support business analysts in interpreting insights and preparing presentation-ready visualizations.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Python (Pandas/Numpy preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of statistics, data cleaning, and reporting
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in: Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
