Job Purpose

The Senior Consultant – ATM Business will support product delivery, business analysis, user acceptance testing, and vendor coordination for the bank’s ATM and self-service channel operations. Reporting to the Vice President – ATM Business Management, this role ensures that ATM network performance, compliance, and customer experience align with the bank’s strategic goals and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to improve ATM and self-service channel performance.
  • Prepare, plan, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all ATM-related enhancements, ensuring alignment with functional, operational, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in vendor management, including SLA tracking, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports covering ATM network performance, customer usage trends, and cost optimization insights.
  • Support ATM expansion initiatives, upgrades, modernization projects, and new feature rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to ensure ATM operations meet all regulatory and security requirements.
  • Coordinate the full ATM lifecycle management, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and replacement planning.
  • Provide support for operational incidents, system outages, or service disruptions related to the self-service channel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in banking operations, self-service channels, ATM business, or digital banking environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ATM operations, card management systems, switching platforms, and digital banking processes.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to ATM and customer-facing channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with multiple business and technical teams.
