Job Summary:-
1. Provide expert advice and recommendations for leadership on HR matters, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization and to drive HR functions.
2. Provide evidence based expert insights in respective domains of specialization to HR leadership. 3. Provide expert guidance and effective solutions to complex HR issues.
4. Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects and enterprise initiatives with a people focused vision.
5. Recommend industry best practices, and innovative solutions to overcome strategic and operational hindrances.
6. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
7. Analyse and interpret data and reports to design and implement data driven decision making and optimal strategies.
8. Support and advice on decision-making, problem solving and risk mitigation processes across HR domains.
9. Provide expert consultation and strategic recommendations to resolve various complex challenges faced within the CHRO area while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, by-laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines.
10. Collaborate and partner with various departments and stakeholders to address HR needs, share expertise, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
11. Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and legal changes to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance.
12. Provide subject matter expertise to effectively implementing the current and improved processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
14. Guide job analysis, competency modeling, and job evaluation processes to devise structured interview techniques.
15. Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations & engagement issues.
16. Develop frameworks for resolving grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
17. Facilitate a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
18. Provide subject matter expertise on compensation strategy and market benchmarking. Ensuring pay equity and compliance with compensation laws.
19. Evaluate and recommend improvements to employee benefits and wellness programs.
20. Partner with Finance and Legal on total rewards strategy and governance.
21. Advice on performance appraisal frameworks and feedback cycles.
22. Support the development of leadership and succession planning strategies.
23. Create and implement L&D programs tied to business competencies and career growth.
24. Guide change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
25. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
26. Provide subject matter expertise on HRIS implementation, data integrity, and technological advancements and best practices.
27. Study data analytics and trend analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and HR effectiveness.
28. Support the development of KPIs and dashboards for HR metrics and monitor the timely achievements.
29. Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Plus Master’s Degree in Business Administration OR Professional Certificate in HR related field
Experience:
7 years of experience in relevant specialized field out of which 3 years in Specialist or Expert level role.
