About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Project Management Specialist to support our rapidly expanding international operations.
This remote role combines 70% project management across logistics, marketing, sales, exhibitions, and international distribution, with 30% executive/business support for senior management. You will coordinate multi-department initiatives, ensure deadlines are met, streamline operational workflows, and maintain high-quality communication across teams and external partners.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and takes full ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (70%)
- Manage and coordinate projects across logistics, marketing, sales, exhibitions, and distribution
- Maintain timelines, workflows, budgets, and task lists using PM tools (Trello, Asana, Monday)
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and international partners
- Track and report KPIs, risks, delays, and bottlenecks to senior management
- Support planning for new market openings, logistics operations, trade shows, and product launches
- Lead tasks related to company expansion into new markets, including market research, supplier/vendor identification, warehouse/storehouse setup, partner registration, and coordination of local operational processes
- Improve internal processes and create efficient frameworks for cross-team alignment
- Ensure timely execution of deadlines, documentation, and communication flows
- Support senior management with scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain contracts, presentations, reports, and internal materials
- Conduct research and market analysis to aid decision-making
- Act as liaison between departments, suppliers, and external partners
- Track executive priorities and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in international environments
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Fluent English (C1+); Russian and Spanish are strong advantages
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday, Notion, or similar
- Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- A self-starter with strong resilience, able to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment and take full ownership without constant supervision
- Competitive pay: EUR 1,800-2,200 gross/month (B2B) + quarterly performance bonus
- Fully remote role with expected availability from 9:00-18:00 CET (1-hour break) for team collaboration
