About The Role
We’re looking for an analytical leader who can turn data into real business impact. You’ll guide a dedicated team, bring modern analytical approaches into daily work, and ensure that every project delivers value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and guide the team’s work at strategic, operational, and staffing levels.
- Ensure smooth and high-quality project delivery—from kick-off to final analysis.
- Oversee all project outputs (reports, proposals, presentations), making sure they meet client expectations, internal standards, and agreed deadlines.
- Maintain high data accuracy in the internal CRM system.
- Find opportunities to simplify, improve, or innovate processes and products within the team.
- Support hiring for your team, lead onboarding, and help people grow professionally.
- Lead complex projects and ensure they stay on track.
- Prepare proposals for client briefs, clearly identifying business needs and challenges.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving priorities and suggesting new solutions.
- Handle client negotiations independently or together with colleagues.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Turn research findings and data into practical insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading an analytics or research team (ideally 3–5 years in marketing research or analytics).
- Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, and quality control.
- Ability to build research frameworks, test business hypotheses, and translate insights into actions.
- Strong rigor working with CRM systems and data processes.
- Clear and confident communication skills for client interactions and workshops.
- Ukrainian: fluent. English: comfortable for communication with clients and colleagues.
