We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and Blockchain technologies to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional development experience, with hands-on exposure to building scalable backend systems and decentralized applications (dApps) using Ethereum, Web3.js, and Ethers.js. The candidate should have strong frontend and backend exposure, with proven experience building intuitive user interfaces and robust server-side architectures that support blockchain-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js
- Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) with front-end and back-end components.
- Integrate blockchain functionality with traditional back-end systems and RESTful/Web3 APIs.
- Write secure, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity and development frameworks like Hardhat or Truffle.
- Experience with blockchain networks like Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of smart contract security best practices.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
