My client is in the midst of an exciting, large-scale transformation—reimagining how financial advice and digital tools come together to empower their customers. With new innovations and an expanding wealth platform, they're building seamless, personalised financial experiences that rival digital leaders such as Zopa, Monzo, Starling and Revolut.

To help shape this future, they are looking to hire a UX/UI Designer with strong digital product experience and a passion for turning complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive user journeys.

The Role: UX/UI Designer – Financial Services

You’ll play a key role in designing next-generation digital experiences that help users optimise investments, manage tax allowances, navigate changing financial landscapes, and plan for their future with confidence.

You will:

- Lead the end-to-end design process, owning both UX and UI across the full lifecycle

- Confidently use Figma and Figma Make to deliver high-quality design solutions

- Work within a cross-functional squad and alongside third-party partners

- Draw on qualitative and quantitative insights—from testing and interviews to analytics

- Craft responsive, accessible UI components aligned with the clients design system

- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, communicating early and often to gather feedback
