Job Summary

Works as part of the HR Service Delivery Team, supporting colleagues across the UK and internationally. Provides timely, accurate administration and coordinated transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Acts as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering a comprehensive HR administrative service and supporting projects and initiatives as required.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provides advice, administration, and coordination for all transactional processes throughout the employee lifecycle, aiming for first-time resolution so the wider HR team and colleagues feel supported and positive outcomes are achieved.
  • Works in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to respond to first-line queries, process documentation, and complete system updates. Supports and maintains a solid understanding of people policies and guidance.
  • Ensures the quality, accuracy, and integrity of people data by maintaining and updating the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Service Delivery processes.
  • Uses a variety of systems, such as Taleo, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow, to administer HR processes.
  • Collaborates with HR Operations stakeholders to understand local business needs and escalate to specialist teams within Communities of Excellence where appropriate.
  • Works collaboratively towards shared sustainability goals, including supporting efforts to identify, manage, and reduce carbon emissions associated with work activities.


Technical Competencies

Essential

  • Experience using HR systems and general IT software
  • Strong attention to detail, delivering accurate outcomes and first-time resolution
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively to deadlines


Industry Competencies

  • Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role (or equivalent)

  • Experience working in a large-scale, fast-paced professional environment
