Job Opening: Scrum Master – Junior and Mid-Level

We are looking for a Scrum Master passionate about Agile methodologies and focused on fostering high-performing teams, serving as the Servant Leader they need. The professional will work on a variety of projects, including large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of Scrum and other Agile methodologies, acting as a coach for the teams.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops within and outside Agile teams.
• Focus on team members' needs, maximizing value delivery to stakeholders.
• Act as a change agent for both the teams and the organization, supporting Agile transformation.
• Guide teams in developing metrics and estimates to improve predictability and reduce risks.
• Promote transparency by raising project or team risks when necessary.

Requirements

Junior Level:

• Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.

Mid-Level:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in the IT sector.
• Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM 1, PSM 2, CSM).
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and experience managing backlogs in hybrid environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
