Scrum Master

Start: End of December 2025 or January 2026

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Europe

Work Mode: Primarily remote with occasional onsite travel (e.g., workshops)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support our Customer Service Release Train. The ideal candidate will bring a strong agile mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to empower teams toward high performance.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong focus on Customer Service environments and release trains
• Proven experience applying Scrum principles
• Expertise with JIRA for managing Scrum processes
• Previous experience working in global organizations
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Coaching mindset to support team self-organization
• Strong conflict resolution abilities and skill in removing impediments
• Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP migration, SAP integrations) is highly valuable for this project
