We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support our Customer Service Release Train. The ideal candidate will bring a strong agile mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to empower teams toward high performance.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Strong focus on Customer Service environments and release trains
- Proven experience applying Scrum principles
- Expertise with JIRA for managing Scrum processes
- Previous experience working in global organizations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Coaching mindset to support team self-organization
- Strong conflict resolution abilities and skill in removing impediments
- Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP migration, SAP integrations) is highly valuable for this project
