About the Role
Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Siemens for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Coordinator to join the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to build experience in project management within a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Support the planning and coordination of new projects and ongoing PLM activities, ensuring schedules and timelines are maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date activity plans that track progress, priorities, and key milestones.
- Act as a key communication link for PLM360 SGT tasks, encouraging collaboration across the team and wider stakeholder groups.
- Assist in the organisation of resources, workshops, and sessions, working closely with PLM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Share updates, progress summaries, and achievements with project stakeholders and the wider SGT community.
- Suggest and support the implementation of process improvements and contribute to best-practice development.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management tools/software
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
