The Role
At Teachers Health, we’re on a mission to transform the way technology empowers our members and our people. As we modernise our platforms and scale our digital capabilities, we’re looking for two Full-Stack Engineers (with a strong backend focus) to join our Transformation Engineering team.

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 500,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What you’ll do?
- Design, build, and deploy solutions across our Azure-based stack
- Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, scalable applications
- Contribute to solution design and documentation (including UML modelling)
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver technically sound solutions
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
- 5+ years of development experience (enterprise scale preferred)
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core
- Strong experience with Azure services (including serverless solutions such as Functions, Service Bus, App Services)
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs
- JavaScript/TypeScript skills for front-end or integration work
- Background with PostgreSQL (Informix experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Hasura and Salesforce integrations
- Strong design skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience working in Agile teams with DevOps practices
- Experience in the health insurance industry
- Exposure to containerised solutions (AKS)
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks (Karate, JMeter)
