The Package: $77,031.24 - $85,120.36 gross per annum + 12% super +3.5% Civil Liability Allowance (Evaluated as Grade 10 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).
Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements may be considered.

Join our Technical and Projects team as a Graduate Engineer, where you will develop vital skills in project management, civil design, and infrastructure construction while delivering tangible results for the community.
In This Role You Will
- Gain hands-on experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ranging from assisting with contract management and site surveillance to leading your own smaller assigned projects.
- Develop technical expertise across a variety of disciplines, including traffic engineering management plans, field surveys, and the design and drafting of Council assets.
- Ensure successful project outcomes by preparing concise reports, complying with budget requirements, and adhering to strict workplace health and safety standards.
- Has attained a 4-Year Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (within the last 12 months) acceptable for Engineers Australia Graduate Membership.
- Is a highly organized, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Is proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs and electronic records management systems and holds a current Class ‘C’ Driver’s Licence.
