We are a luxury brand with new and exciting opportunities and products to showcase to our loyal customers. We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our amazing team in Chadstone, Melbourne.


About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be super hands-on (with your team) leading the team to success. You will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate and high performing team who are excited to sell our luxury brand.


Your roster will be flexible with rotation across shifts and working at least one day of the weekend to get to know your entire team. Work on some public holidays is also required.


Key Responsibilities

As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the Retail Operations Team to achieve your store KPI's and the company’s objectives. You and your team will drive sales week on week to achieve your budgets, while at the same time providing an exceptional customer experience.


You will split your time between being a hands-on leader in store, balanced with admin duties including managing labour cost, budgets and waste to achieve your store contribution. We do require our Store Managers to be flexible in location (within reasonable distance of their home location) as we are passionate about having the right person in the right location to meet business needs.


What you will bring

  • Previous Store Manager experience is required
  • Hands on and strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Experience in delivering and maintaining the highest standard in branding to our lovely customers
  • Experience in managing stock on hand, ensuring rotation and minimising waste
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and effectively manage wages, costs and waste
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing a superior customer experience
  • Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and with other Store Managers in our network
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
