Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic CCS (Client and Contractor Services) Team!

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as our candidates/contractors to streamline processes, support compliance and audit activities, and help deliver high-quality workforce solutions.


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end processes for placements, including contracts, amendments, and invoicing.
  • Ensure accurate setup of candidates and approvers for timesheets and payroll.
  • Support contractors through onboarding and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Maintain client records, billing details, and contract structures in line with SOPs and SLAs.
  • Perform award rate checks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation updates.
  • Maintain QMS documentation with proper version control.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit.
