We are looking for a Project Manager to drive our engagements from signed contract to audit-ready reality.

This isn't a role for a passive ticket-mover. We need a proactive driver who can stand at the intersection of Security, Quality, and AI. You will manage the delivery of core ISO 27001 and several cybersecurity related projects today, while helping our clients prepare for the future through ISO 9001 operational excellence and ISO 42001 AI governance.

You will be the engine room of our delivery function. You ensure that our consultants have what they need to succeed and that our clients get the "second to none" delivery experience they expect.

• Security Projects: Manage the timeline and deliverables for ISO 27001 and Essential 8 implementations.
• Quality Control: Apply ISO 9001 principles to our own project delivery. You ensure we practice what we preach by running efficient, quality-assured engagements.
• Future-Proofing: Lead the delivery of our new AI Governance (ISO 42001) service lines.
  

You will take ownership of the "Iron Triangle" (Time, Cost, Scope) across multiple client accounts.

• Drive: Proactively manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and barriers are removed before they impact the critical path.
• Govern: Manage project budgets strictly. You will track utilization and ensure we are delivering value without eroding margin.
• Connect: Serve as the primary bridge between our technical consultants and client stakeholders. You translate technical progress into clear business updates.
• Standardize: Use ISO 9001 concepts to refine our internal delivery templates and processes.
• Deliver: Ensure the final client outcome is polished, on time, and audit-ready.
  

We need someone who operates with authority and isn't afraid to have difficult conversations about scope or timelines.

• Experience: 5+ years in Project Management, ideally within Cybersecurity, IT, or Professional Services.
• Delivery Focused: You have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. You don't just report on delays; you fix them.
• Methodology: Strong grasp of PM methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) but pragmatic enough to know when to adapt them.
• Communication: You can manage client expectations firmly but fairly. You ensure customer delivery is flawless.

Bonus points for: Experience managing GRC/Audit projects, familiarity with ISO standards, or experience in a consultancy environment.
