About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a major ERP (SAP) transformation program within a large, complex environment. Sitting within the ICT stream, this role will guide agile delivery across multiple squads working on IDAM, data, integrations and security components of the program.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for running end-to-end agile ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery momentum across a multi-year transformation. You will work closely with BAs, Developers, Testers, Change Managers and Project Managers to play a critical role in supporting the technical delivery of SAP and ensuring teams are aligned and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
  • Guide squads through the full sprint pattern.
  • Drive agile discipline and improve delivery velocity across IDAM, data, security, integration and change teams.
  • Support the delivery of SAP ERP transformation activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams and program leadership.
  • Work closely with ICT stakeholders including IDAM BAs, the Data Team, ICT Change Lead, ICT Change Manage and the IDAM Project Manager.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Maintain sprint artefacts, track progress and report status to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within squads.
  • Support coordination between functional, technical and security teams working across SAP and MDM streams.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong background supporting ERP transformation programs, ideally SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding technical delivery teams (developers, testers, BAs, change, security, data).
  • Deep understanding of agile ceremonies, frameworks and delivery rhythms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in environments with multiple interdependent technical streams (e.g. security, integrations, MDM).
  • Ability to influence without authority and bring structure, focus and alignment to delivery teams.
  • Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) or agile delivery qualifications are highly regarded.
