About the Role:
Our healthcare client is looking for a talented Frontend Designer with strong React and React Native skills. The ideal candidate will have a design background but also the ability to implement their designs in code. This role focuses on enhancing and adjusting the company's web and mobile platforms, working closely with an in-house designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate design concepts into functional front-end components for web and mobile using React and React Native.
Collaborate with the design team to refine UI/UX and ensure design consistency.
Estimate the time required to implement the requested changes and improvements.
Utilize AI tools where applicable to optimize design and development workflows.
Deliver high-quality work on schedule in a part-time capacity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in frontend development with React and React Native.
Strong design sensibility, with a portfolio demonstrating both design and coding capabilities.
Ability to provide time estimates and manage tasks effectively.
Experience working with AI-assisted tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with a design team.
Ideal Candidate:
A designer who can code and is comfortable making both aesthetic and functional adjustments.
Proactive, prepared, and able to provide a portfolio of past work.
Flexible availability to continue supporting projects periodically after the initial engagement.
Engagement:
Part-time, approximately 80 hours over 2-3 months.
