Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize backend services in Golang and Node.js used by millions of users.
- Own end-to-end development: system design, scalable API architecture, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate and support AI-powered features in collaboration with Data and Product teams.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Deploy, maintain, and scale services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and more).
- Apply best practices in code quality, observability, and security (SonarQube, metrics, monitoring).
- Collaborate in a high-velocity Agile/SCRUM environment focused on innovation and impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in Golang.
- Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end product development.
- Previous involvement in AI/ML integrations or backend systems enabling intelligent features.
- Strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance, maintainable architectures.
- Solid experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
