Our team is distributed across Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from concept to production – flows, visuals, prototypes, and hand-off.

Deliver beautiful, intuitive experiences that small-business customers love to use.

Simplify complex workflows into mobile-first journeys.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate.

Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.

Key Projects

Run competitor research and user interviews to shape product direction.

Design onboarding and retention flows, iterating on data and feedback.

Build and evolve the design system across multiple apps.

Collaborate on branding and visual identity with growth and product teams.

Prototype new features and validate them quickly with real users.

Requirements

Expertise in consumer-app design with a track record of intuitive, mobile-first products.

Experience building or contributing to mobile apps with at least 1 million downloads or strong retention.

Ability to ship fast while maintaining high design quality.

Strong understanding of mobile-first principles and how to make apps engaging and sticky.

Deep skill in simplifying complex workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.

Excellent communication skills – able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical teammates.

Collaborative mindset – works tightly with product, engineering, and growth.

Research-driven – uses user insights and data to inform design.

Attention to detail and adaptability to an early-stage, fast-changing environment.

Autonomous, responsive, proactive – thrives with fast teams and evolving briefs.
