About the Role
As an IT Officer, you provide first-line support to all users. You help resolve issues related to hardware, Microsoft/Open Office programs, security, backups, as well as server, network, and printing problems. You install desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment. You are involved in various IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to all users.
- Resolve issues related to hardware, Microsoft/Open Office programs, security, backups, server, network, and printing problems.
- Install desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment.
- Participate in various IT projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT and/or relevant professional experience.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows-based applications such as Open Office, Thunderbird, and TCP/IP networks.
- Fluency in Dutch or French and a good command of the other language.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Linux systems is a plus.
