As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of transformation leads, analysts, strategists, and change experts. You’ll work on multiple projects focused on organizational, regulatory, and compliance transformation, acting as the crucial link between business needs and IT solutions.

• Requirements Definition: Craft, evaluate, and harmonize clear and actionable business needs with IT teams.
• Testing: Apply creative thinking to design test scenarios, interpret outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent communication, foster commitment, and encourage open dialogue with all involved parties.
• Business Analysis: Examine workflows and propose sustainable, future-ready solutions.

Background & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst
• Academic Master’s degree is an asset
• Passion for digital transformation and emerging technologies
• Proven experience bridging business and IT

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in business analysis, writing requirements, and defining acceptance criteria
• Skilled in BPMN and process flow evaluation
• Analytical mindset for AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
• Experience with E2E customer journeys and their impact on systems and processes
• Monitoring and reporting project progress and benefits realization

Personal Skills:

• Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English (native in one, professional in others)
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Empathetic and approachable across all levels
