About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You translate needs into clear requirements, structure processes, and help deliver solutions that create real value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops.
• Model processes (BPMN, UML) and produce clear documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to refine user stories, flows and use cases.
• Perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders with different expectations.
• Operate in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Profile

• You have a Master's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and analysis.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, workshop facilitation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity clearly.
• Analytical mindset and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus
