Requirements:

• 14+ years of overall experience in IT.
• 10+ years of specific expertise with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems.
• 5+ years of specific expertise in Business Analysis in the context of management of Public finance.
• 5+ years of specific expertise in Project/Programme Management methodologies: Agile, PM2, PRINCE2, PMP, and ITIL.
• 5+ years of specific expertise with the Application Management Lifecycle.
• 5+ years of specific expertise using the Agile toolbox (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab).
• Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinker, ability to apply high-quality standards, rapid self-starting capability, strong capacity to give high-level presentations, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications (Asset): Certified in PM2, ITIL certification, PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
• Languages: English (fluent).

Job Description:

• Provide expert-level Business Analysis within the domain of Public Finance management.
• Lead the analysis and problem-solving for complex issues related to large, multi-user Information Systems.
• Act as an excellent knowledge broker, synthesising complex information and communicating it clearly to stakeholders.
• Utilise expertise in PM methodologies (PM2, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL) and the Application Management Lifecycle to guide projects.
• Write clear and structured documents and deliver high-level presentations to management and decision-makers.
• Contribute to delegation and high-impact decision-making using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Ensure all tasks and documentation meet high quality standards.
