About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong Agile background to help establish and guide our new Cloud Infrastructure teams. This is not a role within an existing Agile team—this is the start of a major transformation, where you will be essential in shaping and maturing our new DevSecOps teams from the ground up.

You will work internally on our sovereign private cloud platform, which supports highly regulated customers across the Benelux and Nordics. Everything our teams build contributes directly to customer value, reliability, compliance, and innovation.

Your Impact

As our Scrum Master, you will help our newly forming teams grow from early-stage Agile teams into high-performing DevSecOps units over the next 12 months. You will be key in establishing structure, rituals, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Define clear sprint goals aligned with the broader transformation roadmap.
• Maintain strong focus on priorities and team outcomes.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve impediments.
• Coach teams in ownership, communication, and effective collaboration.
• Embed Agile ways of working, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
• Use data (velocity, lead time, team happiness, quality metrics) to drive continuous improvement.
• Increase transparency by making results visible and measurable.

You will collaborate closely with Cloud Engineers, Automation Engineers, Security Specialists, Compliance Officers, Platform Architects, and the Private Cloud Transformation Lead. A Product Owner is in place, though responsibilities may be shared depending on team maturity.

Team Context

• Team Size: The teams are currently being built. You will help form the first DevSecOps teams.
• Team Phase: Early transformation (Phase 1).
• Environment: Internal teams delivering a sovereign private cloud supporting external regulated customers.
• Collaboration: Strong interaction with leadership, technical leads, and stakeholders across the Benelux & Nordics.

What You Bring

• Agile expert with proven experience guiding teams through transformation or startup phases.
• Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).
• Strong communicator who can confidently stand their ground.
• Technical affinity required; Cloud/DevOps background is a plus (any cloud environment acceptable).
• Ability to coach teams toward measurable delivery excellence.
• Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary technical environments.
