We’re looking for an Interface Specialist who enjoys building reliable, well-structured integrations between complex systems.
Someone who thinks along, keeps overview and develops interfaces that genuinely improve how an organisation operates.
In this role, you work on integrations between various information systems.
You make sure data flows safely and accurately, and you collaborate closely with IT colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Your role
- Develop and maintain integrations using Mirth Connect (or similar middleware).
- Analyse requirements, think along with the business and translate needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Safeguard data quality and security across connected systems.
- Troubleshoot interface issues and ensure stable, high-performance data exchange.
- Stay up to date with relevant technologies in integration and interoperability.
Your profile
- Experience in middleware development, ideally with Mirth Connect.
- Strong JavaScript skills.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and document them clearly.
- You write maintainable, structured integration code.
- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- French & English (Dutch is nice to have)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR or other interoperability standards
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g. Talend)
- Java knowledge for scripting or connector development
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
