TechWolf is the foundational data layer for enterprise workforce transformation. We empower organizations to understand and optimize their workforce through comprehensive skills data. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our thriving product management organisation. There are opportunities to have impact in three areas:

  • Integrations and partners - a core part of our value proposition is working with the largest HCM systems in the world to power their products with work data.
  • Our AI - we're building agents and market-leading inference models that take customers from no data to insights and action faster than ever before.
  • Tooling and platform - we build tools to make onboarding customers easier for our internal teams and provide customers with a Console interface to guide their use of the product.


As a Product Management professional on our product team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution with engineering. You will work closely with a number of teams across the business. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the TechWolf product.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define, develop, and deploy integration features.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with partners and customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Act as the product owner for your area of impact, making key product decisions.


Who you are:

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in a Product role.
  • You have proven experience building and managing one of the following: API products and integrations, AI products, or user interface products
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You're passionate about TechWolf's mission and purpose in enabling workforce transformation.
  • You're fluent in English.
  • You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
  • You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office.
