AI Specialist

We are a fast-growing organisation working at the intersection of AI, data, and automation. Our teams are building high-impact solutions used across Europe in sectors like finance, energy, healthcare and logistics.

To support our expansion, we are looking for a talented AI Specialist who wants to work on meaningful, production-ready AI, not just slide decks.

• Design, train and deploy machine learning and AI models that actually go live

• Work closely with Data Engineers and Product teams to bring models to production

• Improve our prediction, optimisation, and NLP models

• Translate business problems into actionable, data-driven solutions

• Contribute to the evolution of our internal AI platform
  
  

• Strong Python skills (Pandas, PyTorch or TensorFlow)

• Experience with ML algorithms: classification, regression, clustering, NLP or deep learning

• Understanding of ML pipelines, experimentation, versioning and good practices

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams

• Professional English (any other language is a plus)
