Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology and consultancy projects in hyper-connected and data-rich environments. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget, and maintaining exceptional communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and consultants, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management roles, preferably within technology, consultancy, or strategic transformation sectors. Experience with EU-funded projects, Horizon Europe projects, and government projects is a significant plus.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Understanding of IT, AI, or data-driven environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-cultural teams effectively.

Languages:

• Fluency in English.
