Role Overview

The IT/OT Operations Infrastructure team is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Linux Administration and a good understanding of Windows. The team’s mission is to support, maintain, and modernize the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage changes in the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure.
• Support architects in designing new solutions and assist with implementation from concept to production.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and errors.
• Coach and support other team members.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and support procedures.
• Propose and drive improvements to the IT/OT Operations Infrastructure.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation (one week every four weeks, as needed).
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Linux Red Hat, Red Hat Satellite, and Insight.
• In-depth knowledge of Ansible Automation and IDM.
• In-depth knowledge of container platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Linux VM (OLVM).
• Experience with Shell scripting and Python.
• Experience with Kibana, Logstash, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with CrushFTP.
• Experience with Red Hat security management products and services.
• Knowledge of Zabbix monitoring.
• Knowledge of backup/restore systems.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Basic understanding of networks and IT/OT infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to follow conversations in both Dutch and French (passive understanding required).
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for IT/OT infrastructure technologies.
• Analytical reasoning and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud architecture, especially Azure, Azure DevOps, and AKS.

Work Conditions

• Full-time, on-site at Brussels HQ
• Occasional interventions outside working hours or weekends may be required.
