• Lead IT and digitalization projects, including predictive analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with asset managers and analysts across multiple offshore wind farms.
• Visit offshore sites to gain hands-on understanding of operations.
  
  

• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis (energy/offshore experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python; SCADA systems and project management experience are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proactive and structured approach.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
