As a Product Manager (Treatment Planning Systems) with a clinical orientation, you'll play a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge solutions that make a difference in the lives of cancer patients worldwide.
Travel activity up to 20-30% (global) to be expected.
Your Role
- Play a key role in defining market vision, strategy goals, and objectives for the product.
- Identify market trends and incorporate them into the road map.
- Research customer needs and translate into use case and requirements
- Establish and maintain prioritized product backlogs for efficient development and value delivery.
- Engage in the complete software product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop and release products.
- Coordinate with other product owners to align roadmaps.
- Partner with marketing, education and sales to successfully launch and establish the product in the marketplace
- Stay current on industry trends and represent Varian at events.
- Clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Physicist in Radiation Therapy.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Experience in product management.
- Understanding global Radiation Therapy market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
- Knowledge of the healthcare IT ecosystem is advantageous
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken).
