About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards, and supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Service Center team in Vilnius, payroll provider, and the Finnish organization, while contributing to HR projects and occupational health and safety activities.
Strong communication skills in Finnish and English are essential. You will manage HR communications for the Finnish organization, prepare clear and engaging materials, and ensure consistency across channels. As English content grows, proficiency in both languages is critical.
Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?
- Develop and update HR processes, templates, and policies for compliance and efficiency.
- Communicate HR updates clearly and prepare materials for initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, and talent development programs.
- Act as liaison for payroll, HR Service Center, and Finnish organization; ensure legal compliance.
- Manage administrative tasks (insurance, car fleet, healthcare) and HR reporting.
- Coordinate HR projects and process improvements.
- Represent HR in occupational safety matters and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven HR experience providing a strong foundation in HR practices and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve HR processes, policies, and templates.
- Prior experience in occupational health and safety preferred.
- Strong interest in process development, employee engagement, and working within an international environment.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,900 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
