We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Operations Excellence

• This is a permanent role based in Paris
• Paying up to €60k base salary
• Must have Insurance industry experience

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help shape and deliver major strategic initiatives across regions and lines of business.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing Operations Excellence team, working on projects that modernise processes, improve efficiency, and drive our 2030 strategy forward.

What you’ll do

• Analyse and map processes to design improved future-state models
• Gather and challenge requirements using workshops, interviews and data
• Support multiple initiatives at once, from underwriting modernisation to automation
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive change and secure buy-in
• Use process-mapping and AI tools to create meaningful insights
• Help build and manage product backlogs and define acceptance criteria

What you’ll bring

• Solid business analysis experience and BA methodology know-how
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across complex processes, tech and systems
• Experience in insurance or the London Market (a plus, not a must)
• Proficiency with Excel, Visio and process-mapping tools
