About this Position Join the Data Enablement team and help us deliver on our mission: “Data to the People” at Henkel. Your work will empower colleagues across the organization to access, understand, and use data to make smarter decisions every day.

What You´ll Do

  • Turn data into impact by designing and maintaining intuitive dashboards, reports, and tools – using platforms like Power BI – that make data accessible and actionable for everyone
  • Enable learning and adoption by documenting data processes, creating clear user guides, and supporting training initiatives to foster a strong data culture across Henkel
  • Boost discoverability by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve metadata quality and enhance our central data catalog, making it easier for people to find and trust the data they need
  • Grow your technical skills by contributing to the creation of dashboards and automation tasks based on your interests and expertise

What makes you a good fit

  • You are curious, tech-savvy and currently studying a technical or semi-technical field such as computer science, business informatics, or information systems
  • You love turning insights into action, and familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python or other data-related technologies is a strong plus
  • You speak the language of data, with a basic understanding of concepts such as data engineering, data visualization and metadata, and familiarity with tools like data catalogs
  • You connect with people through strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, engaging effectively with stakeholders and helping to make data approachable
  • You’re eager to learn, curious about data management in enterprise-scale environments, and motivated to explore how large organizations make data work

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050 - 2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
