Your Tasks

• Own and improve the end-to-end experience for one of our LOTTO24 domains in a team of 2 UX Designers
• Understand user needs and challenges to generate data-informed ideas, always guided by KPIs and business goals.
• Create smooth, enjoyable, efficient and engaging experiences that are feasible on system level and viable on business level.
• Initiate, support and challenge research activities together with our Research Team.
• Continuously validate and iterate on design ideas based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Advocate for a human-centered approach in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and innovations to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
• Shape the UX practices and standards within the UX Community.
  
  

What You Offer Us

• Ideally 5 years of product design experience in end-to-end design from Research to final implemention - with strenghs on discovery, ideation and conception.
• Experience in different kinds of UX deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, flows and maps in various fidelities.
• Ability to dive into the mindset of users and shape a human centric design approach within your domain.
• Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices.
• Ability to read and understand data and research findings to make informed design decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities alike.
• Great communication skills in English for guiding stakeholders, understanding customers and sharing knowledge.
• Conversational German language skills are required.
