As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead strategic AI initiatives, mentor emerging talent, and influence architectural decisions across multiple product lines. This is your opportunity to move beyond individual contributions and define how an entire organization approaches AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from research through production deployment.
• Research and implement advanced ML techniques and emerging AI technologies.
• Define standards for model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Drive initiatives impacting multiple product lines and global scale.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in data science with leadership in complex ML projects.
• Expert proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling.
• Proven experience with Azure ML, big data technologies, and production model deployment.
• Strong research background and ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.

• Experience with generative AI, NLP, or computer vision applications
• Published research or contributions to the data science community
