Data Analyst - Associate (Dublin)

CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading European loan servicing platform to hire an Data Analyst - Associate. This role drives data strategy, scalable infrastructure, and analytics across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure all data processes meet regulatory and governance standards
• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, and transformation
• Optimise the data warehouse through improved models, queries, and infrastructure
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications
• Design efficient data models to support reporting and analytics
• Manage the enterprise data warehouse as the trusted source of truth

Preferred Experience

• Strong SQL, Python, and PySpark skills
• Proven ETL, data warehousing, and data modelling experience (DBT a plus)
• Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
• Ability to process and optimise large datasets
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
