Merkle, a dentsu tech agency, is a leading data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices, such as one of the two leading Company in the last Forrester Wawe in CXM Area.
At dentsu we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Milan for 1 one-year fixed-term contract.
As part of the team, you will manage and analyze data from multiple sources, including web (digital marketing), client CRMs, and business KPIs. You will develop predictive algorithms and leverage advanced tools for data analysis, information management, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business problems requiring data-driven solutions using analytical and statistical methods.
- Design and execute complex analyses, from gathering client requirements to presenting results in an international context.
- Extract, manage, and analyze media data (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adserver) and business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose data-based solutions.
- Manage client reporting and forecast business KPI scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: SQL, Python, R.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting activities and results.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.
