VETERINARIAN


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Previous experience as a veterinarian; experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of poultry veterinary medicine is highly desirable
  • Valid veterinary certification
  • Experience with veterinary pharmaceutical wholesale operations and documentation management
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to react appropriately in non-standard situations, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Category B driving licence


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily veterinary, sanitary, and epizootic inspections in industrial egg production facilities; identify deficiencies and implement corrective measures in cooperation with facility managers
  • Carry out therapeutic and preventive veterinary procedures in production facilities
  • Prepare monthly veterinary reports
  • Collect samples in accordance with the laboratory testing plan
  • Monitor disinfection quality in poultry houses as instructed
  • Provide recommendations and insights for improving veterinary processes
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of LEAN projects
