Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant responsible for full-cycle accounting, reporting accuracy, compliance, and financial control. This role requires strong ownership over financial operations, process optimisation, and implementation of automation/AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting oversight, reporting, and financial statements.
- Coordination of tax, audit, regulatory and compliance-related processes.
- Cash flow control, budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial planning.
- Implementation of automation tools or AI-led optimisation in accounting workflows.
- Management of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Improvement of internal financial procedures and documentation.
- The role involves communication with international clients.
- Proven experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Experience in fintech/investment platforms or related business models.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial compliance.
- Experience with process automation (AI or other integration tools).
- Advanced English communication skills.
- High ownership, responsibility, and detail orientation.
- Analytical and structured, able to improve processes.
