Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant responsible for full-cycle accounting, reporting accuracy, compliance, and financial control. This role requires strong ownership over financial operations, process optimisation, and implementation of automation/AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting oversight, reporting, and financial statements.
• Coordination of tax, audit, regulatory and compliance-related processes.
• Cash flow control, budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial planning.
• Implementation of automation tools or AI-led optimisation in accounting workflows.
• Management of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Improvement of internal financial procedures and documentation.
• The role involves communication with international clients.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience in fintech/investment platforms or related business models.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial compliance.
• Experience with process automation (AI or other integration tools).
• Advanced English communication skills.
