Our equipment and processing solutions are deployed across the USA, Canada, Greenland, Chile, Indonesia, the UK, Scandinavia, and Portugal. The work combines engineering, fabrication, and hands-on process validation with clients, meaning international travel is a natural part of the role. This is a senior position requiring proven technical experience and the ability to manage engineering projects from specification through procurement, build, and commissioning. Please apply only if you have the skills and experience necessary.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical projects from early concept to final installation, including specifications, vendor selection, procurement, timelines and documentation

• Coordinate engineering activities across mechanical design, fabrication, controls, FAT/SAT and commissioning

• Inspect fabrication quality, including welds, tolerances, and conformity with standards

• Prepare and maintain P&IDs, equipment lists, datasheets, RFQs, and project documentation

• Manage local and foreign suppliers, negotiate terms, compare offers and secure reliable delivery

• Own procurement workflows end-to-end, from sourcing to contract alignment and logistics coordination

• Supervise installation and commissioning on client sites in Lithuania and abroad

• Work in a small team where responsibility spans planning, engineering communication, and operational follow-through

• Maintain project discipline and ensure clean handover for commercial, engineering, and service teams

What you bring

• Engineering degree in mechanical, process, or related discipline

• Strong mechanical engineering understanding, including fabrication principles and equipment integration

• Proven project management experience in industrial or process-equipment environments

• Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturing workshops

• Fluent English for technical and commercial communication

• Ability to travel in Lithuania and abroad for supplier audits, inspections, and deployments

• Ability to work independently, own tasks from A to Z, and operate effectively in a small, fast team

• Motivation for long-term growth, including performance-based bonuses and potential equity

Personal qualities

• Ownership mentality and structured work habits

• Clear communication with suppliers, engineers and clients

• Practical mindset and readiness to step into hands-on tasks

• Comfort operating with limited layers of management and making engineering-based decisions

• Welding inspection certification, useful for evaluating workshop work quality, is a plus

What we offer

• Competitive compensation with performance bonuses and equity options

• Opportunity to shape the execution quality of a European processing-technology company

• Direct impact on project delivery, supplier ecosystem, and international deployment

• Long-term role with responsibility over engineering quality, procurement discipline, and project performance
