Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vilnius for an Information Technology Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, assessing business processes, and ensuring that information technology solutions align with business needs. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to inform critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
• Experience in assessing and improving Business Processes
• Knowledge of Information Technology principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus
• Experience in the analytics industry is a plus

Salary: The gross salary range is 2800-4500 growth EUR/month.
