Job Tittle: Java Back-End Developer

Location: Kirchberg, Luxembourg

Mandatory Languages: French, English

Initial Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Remote Status : Hybrid

Request Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Java Back-End Developer to join a dynamic technical team in Luxembourg. You will be working on high-value projects within a modern, performance-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement integration patterns using Apache Camel.
• Deploy and administer containerized applications on OpenShift.
• Develop unit tests and actively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, infra, QA, product).
• Analyze and optimize complex systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical best practices.

Requirement:

Core Technical Skills

• Confirmed experience in Java Back-end development (Java 17+).
• Very strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Practical experience with Apache Camel (mandatory).
• OpenShift: Necessary for deployment and administration of containerized applications.

Plus Points

• Knowledge of Kafka and/or Apache Spark is a plus.

Soft Skills/Languages

• Analytical mind, focused on problem-solving.
• Autonomous, meticulous, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Very good level in English and French.
