Accounting Controller - Private Equity

KR Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a Private Equity firm in their search for an Accounting Controller. The role is based in their city centre office.

The role-

• Review accounting done by the service providers
• Monitor the service provider quality
• Present information during board meetings
• Immerse and understand the investment structures
• Identify and solve accounting issues
• Liaise with investment professionals, third parties, tax and compliance
• Oversee compliance such as regulatory filings and VAT returns
• Assist with cash management
• Develop internal controls

Your profile-

• 3-6 years experience in accounting functions within a service provider, audit firm or an Investment Firm
• In-depth knowledge of Lux GAAP
• Very high level of English
• Degree educated in finance, accounting or similar discipline
• Strong level of IT literacy, particularly Microsoft packages
