KR Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a Private Equity firm in their search for an Accounting Controller. The role is based in their city centre office.
The role-
- Review accounting done by the service providers
- Monitor the service provider quality
- Present information during board meetings
- Immerse and understand the investment structures
- Identify and solve accounting issues
- Liaise with investment professionals, third parties, tax and compliance
- Oversee compliance such as regulatory filings and VAT returns
- Assist with cash management
- Develop internal controls
Your profile-
- 3-6 years experience in accounting functions within a service provider, audit firm or an Investment Firm
- In-depth knowledge of Lux GAAP
- Very high level of English
- Degree educated in finance, accounting or similar discipline
- Strong level of IT literacy, particularly Microsoft packages
