Proposition Manager – Dutch Market

As the Proposition Manager you will work with the business functions and act as the first point of contact for enquiries and issue resolutions. You will also propose creative/different solutions to meet client needs. Furthermore the role includes governance support for the propositions function and maintenance of products and their documentation

Your role

As Proposition Manager Proposition Manager your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the proposition owner for selected product lines within the portfolio.
• Manage medium to large projects aimed at improving product quality and extending coverage.
• Coordinate delivery of agreed actions across internal teams (Distribution, Client Servicing, IT, Legal, Compliance) and external stakeholders (lawyers, tax consultants).
• Support Distribution teams to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the interface with Marketing for client documentation updates and creation.
• Deliver internal training and communication when new products launch or acceptance principles change.
• Collaborate in tenders to ensure proposition features meet client needs.

The successful minimum of 3 years’ work experience within the product development in Dutch insurance market/ finance industry, ideally with focus on Dutch Group Life and Disability insurance sector.
